About the Role:

Priors Tires LLC is looking for a skilled and dependable Tire Technician & Road Service specialist to join our team in Santa Cruz, CA. This is a hands-on role where you'll keep customers safe on the road - whether in the shop or out in the field. Responsibilities:

• Mount, balance, and install tires on a variety of passenger, commercial, and light truck vehicles
• Perform tire rotations, flat repairs, and valve stem replacements
• Respond to road service calls and provide on-site tire assistance to customers
• Inspect tires for wear, damage, and proper inflation, advising customers on replacements
• Operate tire mounting and balancing equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate service needs clearly

Requirements:

• Prior experience in tire service, automotive maintenance, or a related mechanical field preferred
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record - road service driving required
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical, hands-on work in various weather conditions
• Familiarity with tire mounting, balancing, and repair equipment is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in the field
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented with a strong work ethic
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
