Senior Brand Director, Wines

Summary The Senior Brand Director, Wines is the strategic leader for the U.S. lifestyle wines and Rosés portfolio, responsible for defining long-term brand vision, equity, and growth across all channels and consumer touchpoints. The role balances short-term performance with long-term brand desirability and leads cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver brand building, innovation, and execution. This is a hybrid role based out of the New York office. Responsibilities Own and define the U.S. strategic vision and growth roadmap for the Lifestyle Wines and Rosés portfolio. Translate Maison and global priorities into locally relevant brand initiatives, platforms, and campaigns. Lead cross-functional teams, agencies, distributors, and external partners to deliver best-in-class brand execution. Drive annual brand planning, KPI development, and performance measurement to balance brand health and short-term ROI. Manage A&P investment strategy and oversee brand P&L in partnership with Finance and Commercial teams. Ensure consistent elevated execution across consumer touchpoints including field, trade marketing, and POSM. Lead, coach, and develop the brand team while fostering strong cross-functional collaboration. Requirements Bachelor's degree or MBA, or equivalent experience. 15+ years of brand marketing experience, preferably in luxury consumer goods or U.S. wines and spirits. Deep expertise in brand strategy development, commercial orientation, and P&L management. Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional and external partners. Strong analytical and presentation skills with experience driving data-informed decisions and KPIs.
