Support Analyst- Sales

Role Summary As part of the North America IT Applications team, you will support SAP Sales processes and drive transformation initiatives. The SAP Sales Support Analyst will support and train business users on the SAP Sales functional module, evaluate, design, implement, and deploy SAP project initiatives, and work closely with global IT to identify current and future needs. Key Responsibilities Identify opportunities to improve business processes and design SAP solutions that support operations. Provide ongoing support and training to business users and manage the SAP ticket queue. Create user and technical documentation for SAP SD applications. Analyze current business processes and translate requirements into SAP solutions. Collaborate with global IT to design, implement, and deploy SAP enhancements. Lead or support projects related to SAP implementations and enhancements. Perform system testing and support end‑to‑end validation of solutions. Manage external support teams and ensure timely resolution of issues. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience in SAP SD or Order‑to‑Cash processes. Strong understanding of business processes in Sales and Distribution. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with SAP S/4HANA. Experience with Fiori, CDS views, or reporting tools. Experience in manufacturing or cable industry environments. Working Relationships Sales and Customer Service teams, Finance and Logistics teams, Global IT teams, External SAP partners and vendors.
