Overview:
Under general direction, performs a variety of duties including maintenance of electrical equipment, signal systems, electric motors, generators, and electronic controls.

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems, equipment, motors, generators, and controls
• Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical drawings.
• Measure, cut, bend, and install conduit, wiring, and other electrical components to specifications.
• Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and repairs on electrical equipment and systems.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, testing equipment, welding equipment, and other maintenance equipment as needed.
• Support other maintenance team members through collaboration and communication.
• Work safely, wear PPE, and follow all safety procedures
• May operate other machinery as required.
• Assists other maintenance personnel in various maintenance and construction tasks as required.
• Assists team to maintain safety and good housekeeping practices in shop and work area.

• Experience reading electrical blueprints and schematics
• Three years of industrial electrical maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic computer and troubleshooting skills.
• HS Diploma or GED preferred
• Able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
• Positive attitiude
• Ability to work Overtime as needed
• Ability to be "On-Call" as needed
• Be comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
• Work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to varying temperatures and noise levels.
