Inside Sales Customer Service Representative

Our team is rapidly expanding, and we’re searching for a driven inside sales representative! You’ll convert pre-qualified leads and turn former customers into repeat business. The successful applicant is incredibly persuasive and thrives on results. If you want to maximize your earning potential and are looking to grow your career in sales, Greet shop walk-ins, answer client phone calls, and respond to inquiries with a warm, helpful attitude. Collaborate closely with production and design teams to keep daily orders running smoothly. Guide customers through our visual product options to find the best solutions for their needs. Handle multitasking and changing shop priorities with positive energy and high emotional control. Build customer relationships with existing clients by reaching out via phone calls, emails, or other forms of communication to increase the likelihood of them using our services again Close deals that achieve the best deal possible by upselling Maintain the customer database with updated information on past, current, and potential clients Track sales cycle progress on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure customer acquisition goals are met Close sales with qualified leads to generate new business and ensure the client’s needs are met Customer & Team First: Loves serving others, building positive relationships, and pitching in wherever the team needs support. Adaptable: Thrives in a dynamic, evolving day-to-day shop environment. Detail-Oriented: A careful problem-solver who double-checks project specs and order details. Great Communicator: Clear, approachable, and composed under pressure.
