Our team is rapidly expanding, and we’re searching for a driven inside sales representative! You’ll convert pre-qualified leads and turn former customers into repeat business. $16 - $19 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Build customer relationships with existing clients by reaching out via phone calls, emails, or other forms of communication to increase the likelihood of them using our services again
• Close deals that achieve the best deal possible by upselling
• Maintain the customer database with updated information on past, current, and potential clients
• Track sales cycle progress on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure customer acquisition goals are met
• Close sales with qualified leads to generate new business and ensure the client’s needs are met

• Greet shop walk-ins, answer client phone calls, and respond to inquiries with a warm, helpful attitude.

• Collaborate closely with production and design teams to keep daily orders running smoothly.

• Guide customers through our visual product options to find the best solutions for their needs.

• Handle multitasking and changing shop priorities with positive energy and high emotional control.

Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of CRM software and the sales process
• Excellent communication skills, listening skills, presentation skills, and customer service skills
• Must have high school diploma or equivalent, a bachelor’s degree is preferred
• At least one year of experience as a sales representative
