Sales Specialist

Sales RepresentativeSuccessful land surveying company is seeking an experienced Sales Representative with a proven track record to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, energetic, creative, and live around the Tampa, FL area. The Sales Representative position will market, sell to, and interact with clients in the real estate industry.Business hours are Monday – Friday from 8:00am – 5:00pm EST (additional support outside of business hours may be required occasionally to meet client deadlines). Remote position requires a quiet workspace with reliable high-speed internet for inside sales responsibilities. Outside sales responsibilities will require an acceptable motor vehicle status, with current driver's license, and ability to operate a motor vehicle.In this outbound sales position, you will be responsible for new client acquisitions, client retention, and revenue growth targets. This position requires experience in direct client selling (via phone/ email/in-person).Compensation is competitive and includes salary, depending on experience plus commission. Full time employees receive paid time off, paid holidays and sick days.Responsibilities:Traveling throughout the State of Florida with staying multiple nights in hotelsDirect calling and establishing contact with new and existing clientsDeveloping field sales action plansMaintain professional client relationship support and resolve any issues to ensure client satisfaction and successDevelop sales KPIs and meet and exceed the sales target and quotasProvide client support when neededFollow up on direct mail and pursue contactsStrong analytical skills to identify trends and sales patternsAbility to design and implement a successful sales strategyPlanning, organization, and problem-solving skillsStrong communication skills via email, phone and in personRequirements:Proficient with Microsoft Office ProductsProficient with Hubspot or similar CRM SystemsAdvanced time management skillsGreat interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)Detailed oriented, accuracy is a mustSense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company's successCritical thinker and problem-solving skillsTeam player, enthusiastic and positiveMust have a good command of the English language, both written and spoken; Bi-Lingual (Spanish) is a plusAbility to lift 50 pounds as required without assistanceAbility to work extended hours during the week and on weekends as deadlines or client circumstance requireAbility to work well in a high-pressure, demanding environmentAcceptable Motor Vehicle status, with current driver's license, and ability to operate a motor vehicleExcellent communication and client relationship skillsAdaptable to change (job responsibilities may change over time in order to meet market demands)Qualifications:Minimum 2 years experience in sales with proven track record of increasing revenue At First Choice Surveying, we value diversity and are committed to an inclusive work environment and a fair and consistent interview process.This position is in the state of Florida.
