In the U.S., Mattamy is represented in 11 markets – Charlotte, Dallas, Jacksonville, Naples, Orlando, Phoenix, Raleigh, Sarasota, Southeast Florida, Tampa, and Tucson.What you’ll doMeet or exceed established performance goals for lead response, prospect engagement, appointment setting, appointment kept rate, and sales conversion from online sales-generated leadsManage client VIP lists: add customers to the list, provide community-opening updates, coordinate RSVPs and appointments, and attend and support VIP eventsAttend sales meetings, work regularly in one of the division Sales Centers and regularly travel to Mattamy’s other onsite communities to foster relationships with sales staff and to stay knowledgeable about product offerings as well as our competition, and provide sales office coverage as neededFacilitate regular communication with the sales leaders and the marketing team to ensure understanding of division sales goals and upcoming projectsActively participate in prospect traffic driving efforts with sales teams Engage and follow up with prospective customers by phone, text and email, deliver effective sales presentations, communicate community amenities and home features, qualify and match prospects to appropriate products, and secure appointments with New Home Counselors to support home sales and closingsUtilize call tracking system to communicate with potential buyers via voice and text. Understand call flows and maintain answer ratesPerform all necessary follow-up to ensure customers keep their scheduled sales center appointments and have a seamless hand-off experience to the New Home Counselor Leverage Mattamy’s customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage and track prospect communications and activities, plan lead interactions, meet reporting deadlines, and produce reports on lead activity and sales conversionRecord, review, and send relevant video emails to prospectsCommunicate with leads via live chat platform to answer questions on communities, product and pricingUtilize all available sales and marketing resources to help achieve the sales goals for the communities assignedActively advance prospective customers through the sales process by asking effective discovery and commitment questions, overcoming objections, communicating Mattamy’s brand and unique value proposition, and highlighting the features, benefits, quality, design, construction, and service of our homes and communities to secure appointments with a New Home CounselorPerform other related duties as assignedWhat you bringMinimum 2 years of previous sales, marketing or public relations experience in a service-oriented roleValid and active driver’s license be able to drive to/from sales offices/centers, model homes, division office for meetings and more.Active real estate license where required by applicable lawCRM proficiency is requiredProficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) Experience in Construction or Home Building industry is preferredExcellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated customer focused orientationDemonstrated ability to meet sales goals/business planExceptional organizational, time management and planning skillsStrong computer savviness, experience with social media platforms and one or more CRM systems is a plusAble to manage time well with minimal supervisionSelf-motivated with ability to work well in a team environment and independentlyAble to work within a team in a fast-paced, changing environmentBe yourself.
