Remote Training Program Designer - LMS & Virtual Sessions
Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary - MEI
Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary is seeking a Training Coordinator to design, coordinate, and evaluate employee training programs. The role involves collaborating with managers and SMEs to create engaging curricula and materials, delivering sessions (virtual or in-person), and assessing impact on performance.
Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of experience in training or related roles, a high school diploma (Bachelor's preferred), and strong communication and organizational skills.
