  Now Scheduling Caregivers for a New Middleburg Client

  A new home care assignment is opening in Middleburg, FL , and Concierge Care is building its caregiver team before services begin next week.

   

  If you're a Florida Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) looking for dependable one-on-one home care, this opportunity offers flexible scheduling and weekly pay through our W-2 agency.

   

  Current Opportunity
  • New case beginning next week
  • Middleburg, Florida
  • Private-duty home care
  • PRN employment with recurring client opportunities
  • Weekly direct deposit
  • Pay range: $18–$22 per hour (higher rates may apply on select assignments)

  Ideal Candidates

  We're looking for caregivers who are compassionate, dependable, and enjoy providing individualized care in a client's home while becoming part of a supportive agency team.

   

   

-Active Florida CNA license or a Certified HHA certificate issued by a Florida-licensed training school (prior experience with another agency does not qualify)

-Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance

-CPR certification

-Social Security card

-A recent health statement (within 6 months) indicating you're free of communicable diseases

-Completed CEUs:
• 2 hours Alzheimer’s, 1 hour HIV/AIDS & 2 hours Assistance w/ Self Administered Medication

-Required dementia training through Elder Affairs
