About the Position
Come practice in Middleburg, an unincorporated area and census-designated place within Clay County, Florida, located 26 miles southwest of downtown Jacksonville and 16 miles northwest of Green Cove Springs, the county seat of Clay County. Monday through Friday work schedule; no call
Adult addition psychiatry; NP supervision required
Must be board certified in both adult and addition psychiatry
2+ years of experience

100% outpatient
26 miles southwest of downtown Jacksonville
