Clinical Assessor, Patient Access — Same-Day Intake

BasePoint is seeking a compassionate and motivated Clinical Assessor to join our Patient Access Coordination team. You will conduct biopsychosocial assessments to determine the appropriate level of care and identify emergent needs for teens and young adults. You will collaborate with Patient Access Coordinators to schedule same-day assessments, collect documentation, maintain accurate records, and support authorization while upholding HIPAA and safety standards. #J-18808-Ljbffr BasePoint Academy
