We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (Level III) to join our team within the Retirement and Benefits contact center. The role supports participants in employer-sponsored 401(k), pension, and non-qualified deferred compensation plans by providing clear account information, guiding participants through transactions, and completing error-free processing of financial transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver accurate and compliant information regarding 401(k), pension, and deferred compensation plans.
- Guide participants through plan transactions and online tools to completion.
- Process financial transactions with attention to detail and error-free execution.
- Document interactions and outcomes in the system according to policy.
- Meet performance, quality, and adherence targets, including attendance and punctuality standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Customer service experience in financial services or benefits administration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to follow regulated procedures.
- Clear verbal and written communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work on site in a virtual training setting and adhere to designated onsite policies.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior contact center experience supporting retirement or investment products.
- Familiarity with pension, 401(k), or deferred compensation plan operations.
