Senior Human Resource Generalist

Senior HR Generalist Salary Range: $80,000 – $90,000 depending on experience Location: In-Office Position Summary The HR Generalist supports day-to-day human resources functions within a manufacturing environment, including payroll processing, employee relations, compliance, and HR administration. This role ensures accurate payroll and helps maintain a productive, compliant workplace. Key Responsibilities Process and administer biweekly payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance Maintain employee records, HRIS data, and personnel files Support recruiting, onboarding, and training initiatives Assist with employee relations matters and policy interpretation Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies Administer benefits and support open enrollment Track attendance, timekeeping, and leave administration Partner with plant leadership to support workforce needs Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred 5+ years of HR experience, including payroll Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred Knowledge of payroll systems, HRIS, and employment laws Strong attention to detail and organizational skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
