Record Center Specialist

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Document Handler to join our team on 1st shift. This role involves handling, processing, and organizing physical records in a warehouse environment while maintaining strict confidentiality and safety standards.

Location: Freehold New Jersey 07728
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Pay rate: $20.90

Duties:
Accurately pull, scan, and process physical records
Shred confidential documents in accordance with proper procedures
Use ladders to access and organize items in high-storage areas
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Follow all safety guidelines and operational policies

Requirements:
Physically demanding role—must be able to stay active for the entire shift
Experience operating a manual pallet jack
Ability to read labels and follow detailed instructions
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
Comfortable working on ladders and performing repetitive tasks

Dress Code:
Steel-toe boots, jeans, and standard warehouse-appropriate attire are required
