Work Environment

This position involves providing onsite physical therapy services through home visits. Our therapists engage with patients in the comfort of their homes, allowing for personalized care tailored to each patient's unique circumstances. The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a balanced work-life structure while ensuring ample patient engagement during regular business hours.

Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Motion Masters, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to evaluate patients' physical conditions, medical histories, functional limitations, and rehabilitation goals.
• Design individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient feedback to maximize recovery and functional outcomes.
• Communicate effectively with patients, educating them about their rehabilitation journey, and helping them understand the importance of adherence to their personalized treatment plans.
• Implement various treatment methodologies, including education on self-care techniques, progressive exercise prescriptions, and manual therapy to alleviate pain and improve mobility.
• Regularly monitor and document patient progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary to reflect changes in patients' conditions.
• Ensure thorough documentation of all services and interventions to comply with organizational standards and enhance continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our focus is primarily on orthopedic rehabilitation, catering to a diverse array of patients recovering from surgeries, injuries, and chronic conditions. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in orthopedic physical rehabilitation, demonstrating a proven track record in this specialty.

While the minimum requirement is 3 years of experience, candidates with further specialized training in techniques such as dry needling, kinesiology taping, or advanced manual therapy certifications will be considered favorably. Compensation and Benefits
