PT Evening Receptionist/Cashier

Location: Russ Darrow Waukesha Kia – Waukesha, WI 53186. Position Type: Part Time, Shift: Evening. The Russ Darrow Group is seeking a friendly, dependable Receptionist/Cashier to serve as the welcoming first point of contact. This part‑time role offers the opportunity to support daily office operations in a fast‑paced environment, interact with customers, and manage basic accounting tasks. Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone in a professional, courteous manner Answer incoming calls, determine the nature of the call, and route callers to the appropriate department promptly Operate the switchboard telephone system efficiently and accurately Receive cash, check, and credit card payments; issue receipts and make change accurately Perform routine accounting tasks related to accounts receivable and accounts payable Assist managers and office staff with clerical and administrative duties as needed Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, vendors, and internal team members Learn dealership departments, procedures, and internal processes to assist customers efficiently Qualifications Experience with Microsoft Office suite is a plus Customer service experience Available to work flexible hours on weeknights & weekends Ability to communicate customers' interests, needs and requests to management and sales personnel Professional personal appearance Benefits Competitive Compensation Plans Full Benefits Package Medical, Dental & Vision 401k with Company Match HSA with Company Contribution PTO from day one Growth and Advancement Opportunities Continuous Training and Development #J-18808-Ljbffr
