Full-Cycle Recruiter | Fortune 500 Energy Company

We’re looking for a Full-Cycle Recruiter to join a leading Fortune 500 energy organization in an onsite, contract role . This position is ideal for a recruiting professional with experience managing end-to-end hiring, developing creative sourcing strategies, and building strong partnerships with hiring managers. You’ll recruit for professional/exempt positions while helping deliver an efficient, compliant, and positive candidate experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for professional and exempt-level positions
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and identify top-qualified candidates
• Review resumes and assess candidates based on skills, experience, education, and position requirements
• Develop creative sourcing strategies, including resume mining, networking, and proactive candidate outreach
• Create role-specific pre-screening questions and conduct phone screens and interviews
• Manage candidate information, status, and dispositioning through an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Build and maintain professional networks to develop strong and diverse candidate pipelines
• Ensure recruiting activities comply with state and federal employment laws and HR policies
• Present opportunities, company values, benefits, and career potential effectively to candidates
• Negotiate salary and benefit terms with selected candidates
• Support recruiting events, college recruiting initiatives, and continuous process improvements as needed

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 0–4+ years of professional experience for Level I; 4–7 years for Level II; 7+ years for Level III
• Full-cycle recruiting experience strongly preferred
• Strong experience with candidate sourcing, resume mining, screening, interviewing, and candidate development
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and e-Recruiting platforms
• Knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, and compliant recruiting practices
• Strong negotiation, influencing, communication, and relationship-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational, analytical, project management, and follow-up skills
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and internet research
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team
• Flexibility to travel for career events and conferences and work outside standard business hours when required

Location: Akron, OH 44320 (Onsite)

Pay: $30 - $40/hr
