The Temp Recruiter ( 6 months or longer) will support recruiting operations by sourcing and engaging candidates, evaluating applications, coordinating interviews, and maintaining accurate applicant records throughout the hiring process.
Responsibilities
- Source qualified candidates through recruiting channels.
- Screen resumes and evaluate applicants.
- Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
- Conduct candidate interviews.
- Maintain accurate applicant tracking records.
- Conduct recruiter outreach to prospective candidates.
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in recruiting.
