Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health challenges and strengths.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities to foster healing and personal growth.

• Design and implement tailored treatment plans that include specific goals and intervention strategies.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals to create seamless, coordinated care strategies for clients.

• Manage crisis situations by offering immediate intervention, risk assessments, and developing safety plans as needed.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatments, adhering to both ethical and legal standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• An active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
