This essential part‑time role focuses on operational execution and consistent and high quality member engagement. Key Responsibilities Manage program planning and event logistics for in person and online learning programs. Organize and host monthly social outings and facilitate community‑building activities. Provide dependable member support and general correspondence, ensuring compliance with 24‑hour response deadlines. Provide support with communications, marketing and social media. Qualifications Proven organizational and technology proficiency (Google Workspace, CRM) and experience supporting diverse populations, particularly older adults.
