About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Revenue Strategy to play a pivotal role in the organization's growth and mission. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing plans that drive financial performance, elevate operational excellence, and advance the company's conservation and education initiatives. This senior leader will oversee the company's earned revenue operations, including retail, food and beverage, attractions, and distribution, and will be tasked with developing and executing financial strategies to sustain and grow the organization. The role is particularly significant as the company prepares for the opening of a new campus, which will substantially expand its mission reach and revenue-generating capacity. The ideal candidate for the Vice President of Revenue Strategy position at the company will be a proven, strategic leader with a strong background in financial acumen and multi-unit operational leadership. They should be a data-driven, innovative individual with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and a deep appreciation for the conservation mission. The role requires a hands-on approach to ensure that the commercial operations align with the company's goals and that the organization's commercial strength keeps pace with its ambitions. The candidate will be expected to be on-site, leading across multiple campuses, and must be prepared to work both on-site and remotely as part of the role's responsibilities.
