About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Head of Global Corporate Compliance to lead the development, implementation, and oversight of its global compliance framework. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the organization maintains a strong culture of integrity and effectively manages regulatory and compliance risks across its global operations. This role involves serving as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to business leadership, driving a consistent approach to compliance risk management, and overseeing various compliance activities, including risk assessments, governance, and training programs. The Vice President will also play a central role in advancing the company's compliance transformation strategy and building a technology-enabled compliance organization. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in arts/sciences, with an MBA preferred, and at least 12 years of progressive experience in compliance, legal, risk management, or regulatory roles within regulated industries. The role requires a proven ability to build and scale compliance programs, experience in implementing compliance technology and leading large teams. Relevant certifications or industry affiliations are preferred. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record of leading complex enterprise compliance programs, fostering a culture of integrity and accountability, and possessing strong business partnership skills with executive presence. Active participation in industry groups and thought leadership initiatives is also a key requirement.
