Growing together.The Senior Manager RN ASC provides leadership in the daily clinical operations of the Operating Room, Pain Management, Procedural Room, Central Sterile Processing Department, Endoscopy, Pre-Op, and PACU departments. This position partners closely with physicians and ASC leadership to ensure exceptional patient care, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and continuous quality improvement.Primary Responsibilities:Lead daily ASC clinical operationsManage staffing, scheduling, budgets, and resourcesRecruit, coach, develop, and evaluate staffEnsure regulatory, accreditation, and patient safety complianceDrive quality improvement initiativesPartner with providers and leadership to improve outcomes and patient satisfactionYou'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or seven years of comparable ASC experienceCurrent BLS certification5+ years of clinical leadership experience in perioperative or endoscopy settingsProven solid Microsoft Office skillsPreferred Qualifications:Master of Science in Nursing (MSN)Specialty certificationAmbulatory Surgery Center experienceAAAHC preparation experienceProven advanced computer skillsPay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $91,700 - $163,700 annually based on full-time employment.
