Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Active North Carolina SLP license
• Prior experience in school settings preferred
• Ability to work onsite; openness to future virtual/remote sessions a plus
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to K-12 students
• Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families
• Maintain timely case documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and staff development as needed
