Revenue Operations Coordinator

Our client is seeking a Revenue Operations Coordinator to support the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and the global revenue organization. This role is responsible for helping the revenue team operate efficiently through executive support, CRM administration, reporting, meeting coordination, action tracking, and cross-functional business operations . This opportunity is ideal for professionals with 5+ years of experience who enjoy working in fast-paced environments, supporting senior leaders, improving business processes, maintaining data accuracy, and coordinating activities across multiple teams and functions. The ideal candidate brings experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Business Operations, or Executive Support , along with exposure to CRM and ERP systems and a strong ability to drive accountability across a global organization. What You'll Do Manage the CRO's calendar, meeting schedules, travel arrangements, and executive priorities across global time zones. Coordinate work across Sales, Business Development, OEM Management, Services, Product Marketing, Operations, Finance, Legal, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams. Maintain revenue organization calendars for pipeline reviews, forecasting cycles, backlog reviews, and strategic planning meetings. Track decisions, action items, project milestones, risks, and escalations through completion. Support CRM data quality by reviewing opportunities, accounts, forecasts, activities, ownership, and pipeline information. Prepare dashboards, reports, meeting materials, presentations, and executive summaries for leadership. Assist with ERP-related order-to-cash activities, including order tracking, backlog monitoring, customer setup requests, invoicing follow-up, and data reconciliation. Attend meetings, take detailed meeting minutes, maintain decision logs, and distribute action items. Follow up with internal stakeholders to ensure deadlines, commitments, and deliverables are completed on time. Coordinate special projects and strategic initiatives assigned by the CRO. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Finance, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred. 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Executive Support, Project Coordination, Business Operations, or a related role. Experience supporting senior executives and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, or similar systems . Working knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Dynamics 365, or similar platforms . Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams . Experience preparing executive reports, presentations, meeting materials, action trackers, and business summaries. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
