As a Security Officer – Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people at the front desk in our main office. Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams Excellent verbal and written communication skills in person or via email Receiving, sorting, and distributing mail and deliveries Prepare orientation materials and ensure new employees complete required paperwork. Prepared hiring event materials, applications, and new hire packets. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office equipment Multitasking ability Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard Be authorized to work in the U.S. Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process STRONG Exceptional customer service skills Proficient in basic phone & computer skills Must have at least 1 year of front desk receptionist experience or a similar administrative or customer service role.
