Restaurant Assistant General Manager

Assistant General Manager Qualifications / Responsibilities:

High-volume experience of at least $8M+
2+ years of AGM experience
Ability to motivate and lead others
A history of successful restaurant management
Solid tenure, no more than 2 jobs in 5 years
Ability to create an amazing guest experience
Ability to work nights and weekends
Successful financial management with COGS and Labor
