Overview
We are seeking an experienced HRIS Operations Associate to support and optimize our Human Capital and Recruiting systems. This role will serve as a key partner to the Global Human Capital and Global Recruiting teams, ensuring the effective administration, configuration, and maintenance of critical HR technology platforms, including Workday and Greenhouse.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing HRIS and ATS environments, supporting business processes, maintaining data integrity, and driving operational excellence across HR and recruiting functions.
Key Responsibilities
HRIS Administration & Support
- Administer, configure, and maintain core Workday HCM modules and related business processes.
- Support ongoing system enhancements, testing, upgrades, and implementations within Workday.
- Troubleshoot system issues, resolve user inquiries, and provide day-to-day HRIS support.
- Maintain data integrity, security roles, workflows, and reporting capabilities.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify process improvements and system optimization opportunities.
Recruiting Systems Administration
- Administer and configure Greenhouse Recruiting to support global recruiting operations.
- Manage recruiting workflows, user permissions, templates, integrations, and reporting.
- Partner with recruiting teams to improve candidate experience and recruiting efficiency.
- Support ATS enhancements and ensure alignment with business and compliance requirements.
Human Capital Operations
- Provide operational support to the Global Human Capital team across employee lifecycle processes.
- Assist with onboarding, offboarding, organizational changes, and HR data management activities.
- Support HR compliance initiatives and maintain accurate employee records.
- Generate and analyze HR metrics, dashboards, and reports as needed.
Cross-Functional Partnership
- Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, IT, and business stakeholders to support system-related initiatives.
- Assist with system implementations, process documentation, user training, and change management efforts.
- Serve as a subject matter resource for HR and recruiting systems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience supporting HRIS, Human Capital Operations, or Recruiting Operations functions.
- Hands-on experience administering Workday HCM .
- Experience administering and configuring Greenhouse Recruiting or a comparable Applicant Tracking System.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, employee lifecycle management, and recruiting operations.
- Experience maintaining HR data integrity and producing reports and analytics.
- Excellent troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting global HR and recruiting teams.
- Knowledge of HRIS integrations and data management best practices.
- Experience with HR reporting, dashboards, and analytics.
- Workday certification or advanced Workday administration experience is a plus.
