Configuration Analyst Supply Chain (Hybrid in Kansas City Office)

Job Description

We are hiring a SR Configuration Analyst. This Intermediate position will require solution knowledge in Supply Chain and cross train in the other solutions if needed. It requires the ability to operate independently with some assistance and guidance to provide quality configuration work to a project team or customer that complies with Oracle methodologies and practices. This includes completing configuration for all consulting project types and maintaining relationships across lines of business.

Standard assignments are accomplished without assistance by exercising independent judgment, within defined policies and processes, to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements.

• Analyze complex data to determine configuration readiness

• Assist in defining and communicating design and content best practices to internal project stakeholders

• Consult on the impact of design decisions and content recommendations as it relates to configuration

• Complete complex system configurations independently

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of work using preferred tools

• Serve as an escalation point and deliver resolution for complex reported configuration issues

• Adopt new process improvements. Proactively identify and establish new process improvements

• Drive tools development and troubleshooting

• Coach and mentor other Configuration Analysts and provide educational opportunities and training as needed

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of overall experience in relevant functional or technical roles including knowledge and experience with the Oracle Health Supply Chain solutions.

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus.

• Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients.

• Due to the client contract you will be assigned, this position requires you to be a U.S. citizen

• Willing to travel up to 20% as needed

• Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations

US: Hiring Range in USD from $24.62 to $50.43 per hour; from: $51,200 to $104,900 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position.
