Job Description
Assist with the drafting of wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance healthcare directives, coordinate client intakes and initial consultations, and guide clients through the estate planning process. In this role, you will prepare and organize execution packages, schedule and attend signing appointments, record deeds and file documents with appropriate courts and government agencies, and maintain client files and closing packages. You will also collaborate with attorneys on estate planning matters, coordinate with tax professionals and financial advisors as needed. We are looking for someone who is compassionate, patient, and able to build strong rapport with clients who are making important decisions about their legacy and family's future.
