Key Responsibilities

• Conducting comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments to determine accurate diagnoses for mental health disorders.

• Prescribing and managing psychotropic medications, carefully monitoring their effectiveness, and making necessary dosage adjustments to align with patient progress.
• Providing psychotherapy and counseling services, utilizing a variety of therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).
• Collaborating with a team of mental health professionals to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive, holistic treatment approaches for residents.
• Educating patients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment options, and self-care strategies to enhance their understanding and engagement in the treatment process.

Qualifications
