Director Of Human Resources

Salary: $130,000 - $175,000 per annum + Bonus + Excellent Benefits An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Director of Human Resources to join a growing organisation in a senior leadership capacity. The Role Key responsibilities include: Developing and delivering the organisation's employee relations strategy. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on complex HR and employee relations matters. Leading workplace investigations, disciplinary processes and grievance cases. Providing expert guidance on performance management and conflict resolution. Partnering with HR and legal teams to ensure compliance with employment legislation. Analysing employee relations data to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement. Delivering training to managers on employee relations, investigations and performance management. Supporting organisational change and communication initiatives. Driving initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, inclusion and workplace culture. Ensuring consistent application of HR policies and procedures across the business. About You To be successful, you'll have: 10+ years' HR experience with significant expertise in employee relations. At least 5 years' experience in a senior HR leadership role. Extensive experience managing complex employee relations cases and workplace investigations. Strong knowledge of US employment law and HR compliance. Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to influence senior leaders and build trusted relationships. Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving abilities. High levels of professionalism, discretion and emotional intelligence. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field. SHRM-SCP, SPHR or equivalent HR certification preferred.
