Headhunter Support Specialist with Movement Search & Delivery Movement Search & Delivery is partnering with a global leader in aerospace component manufacturing to hire a full onsite Safety Specialist in Mountain Top, PA. We are looking for someone to support EHS programs across two manufacturing facilities, ensuring compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and other regulations. Responsibilities Develop and implement safety policies, conduct hazard assessments, and manage corrective actions from incidents and audits. Oversee environmental reporting, emergency response planning, and sustainability data collection. Lead EHS training, compliance audits, and integrate safety into continuous improvement initiatives like 6S. Assist with permitting, regulatory agency interactions, and workers’ compensation claims. Provide 24/7 emergency support. Qualifications Bachelor’s in Safety Sciences, Environmental Engineering or related field. 2+ years experience in Manufacturing facilities focused on Environmental Health & Safety. Strong knowledge of federal/state regulations. Experience with regulatory reporting and training development. Skilled in project management, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
