Salesforce Project Manager

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to lead and deliver Salesforce implementations and enhancements. The role will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing Salesforce projects while ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards. The position will also leverage Scrum Master experience to guide project teams and foster a collaborative Agile delivery environment. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of Member 360 implementations across Salesforce Data Cloud, Salesforce CRM, MuleSoft, Epic, Sabre, and Marketing Cloud. Manage project governance, steering committees, executive reporting, RAID logs, and milestone tracking. Coordinate Identity Resolution, Data Quality, Data Governance, Data Stewardship, and Integration workstreams. Lead Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog management, and release planning. Facilitate workshops with business, architecture, data, and technology stakeholders. Manage vendors, resources, budgets, risks, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure successful onboarding of Salesforce Data Cloud, including unified customer profiles, householding, and preference management. Drive business readiness, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, change management, and production deployments. Track KPI realization and value delivery throughout the program lifecycle. Provide leadership and guidance to project teams while promoting Agile/Scrum methodologies and best practices. Required Qualifications 10+ years of IT experience. 5+ years of experience managing Salesforce implementation and enhancement projects of varying complexities. Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques. Demonstrated experience leading teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies and principles. Strong knowledge of Salesforce fundamentals and experience with at least two Salesforce Clouds, such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Experience Cloud. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
