Resident Care Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced, compassionate Resident Care Coordinator to support resident care operations and assist our management team in maintaining a high standard of service.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support caregivers during assigned shifts
- Coordinate resident care and ensure residents’ needs are being met
- Monitor care quality and report concerns to administration
- Train, coach, and mentor caregiving staff
- Assist with scheduling and shift coverage
- Communicate with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
- Ensure compliance with RCFE regulations and facility policies
- Provide direct resident care when needed
- Assist administration with employee coaching, performance documentation, and written warnings as needed
- Help promote teamwork, accountability, and a positive work environment
Qualifications
- Experience working in an RCFE, assisted living, or senior care setting
- Leadership or lead caregiver experience preferred, we are seeking someone with 2 years or more in management within a healthcare setting
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Reliable, compassionate, and professional
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred
We are looking for someone who enjoys helping seniors while supporting a strong caregiving team.
