Qualifications While specific educational and experience qualifications will depend on the role, we always value relevant experience and a strong willingness to learn and grow. Skills and experience typically include: Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to contributing to a collaborative and inclusive work culture. Proficiency in the GoogleSuite or similar system environment (e.g., Microsoft Office) and its common applications (e.g., documents, spreadsheets, presentations, process maps, shared folder management) and project management tools such as Smartsheet or MS Project. Proficiency in relevant software, tools, or methodologies, with the ability to adapt to new technologies and processes. Proficiency with video meeting platforms and features (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet) Certification in a relevant discipline by industry organizations (e.g., SHRM, HCI, ATD, PMI) For Manager-level+ and client-serving roles: Experience in the following areas: Learning and professional development program management; learning architecture and instructional design methodology; learning management systems; full-cycle human capital strategy. Progressive responsibility managing projects with executive-level clients within both the public sector and commercial organizations Demonstrated experience in the full cycle of professional services sales and delivery Certification, formal training or experience in methodology supporting quick identification of problems and pivoting the approach to support the solution path (e.g., Agile, Scrum) Demonstrated progressive responsibility managing onsite and remote project teams, including external workforce team members (e.g., contractors and teaming partners) Work Environment and Physical Demands of the Job: Working remotely, all work is computer-based, including frequent video meetings.
