Remote Learning Design Solutions Manager

DescriptionKforce has a client that is seeking a Remote Learning Design Solutions Manager.Summary:We are seeking an experienced Learning Design Solutions Manager to lead the design, development, and delivery of innovative learning solutions that drive business performance and employee development. This role partners closely with clients, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to create engaging learning experiences across instructor-led, virtual, and digital modalities. The ideal candidate is a strategic learning professional with strong leadership, instructional design, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.Key Responsibilities:* Partner with clients, business leaders, and learning teams to design learning solutions aligned with organizational goals* Lead the end-to-end learning design process, including needs analysis, solution design, content development, implementation, and evaluation* Develop learning strategies, instructional frameworks, learning objectives, assessments, and success metrics* Create engaging training content across multiple delivery methods, including instructor-led, virtual, and digital learning* Apply design thinking and learner-centered methodologies to develop effective and innovative learning experiences* Manage stakeholder relationships and facilitate collaboration throughout the project lifecycle* Lead review cycles with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure content quality, accuracy, and compliance* Support planning and execution of live and virtual learning events, including facilitator guides, rehearsal coordination, and participant materials* Ensure learning content meets accessibility, compliance, cultural awareness, and risk management standards* Collaborate with operations and technology teams to leverage learning technologies and improve delivery effectiveness* Drive continuous improvement through learning analytics, feedback, and performance measurementRequirements* Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, Business, or related field* 7+ years of learning and development, instructional design, or training experience* Prior experience managing people, projects, or learning teams* Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience* Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities* Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment* Ability to work independently with a high level of initiativePreferred Qualifications:* Experience within a professional services or consulting environment* Prior Big Four consulting experience* Experience supporting enterprise learning, change management, or transformation initiatives* Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms* Familiarity with learning analytics, reporting, and performance measurementKey Competencies:* Learning Strategy & Design* Instructional Design* Leadership & Team Development* Stakeholder Management* Client Relationship Management* Digital Learning Solutions* Project Management* Change Management* Learning Technologies* Communication & Facilitation* Process Improvement* Business PartnershipJob TypeContractCompensation58 - $64
