We are seeking an experienced CNC Machine Operator to join a well-established, family-owned manufacturing company. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has hands-on experience machining metal components and is comfortable working with both CNC lathes and mills .

• Set up and operate CNC lathes and milling machines to manufacture metal components
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and job specifications
• Load materials and properly position workpieces for machining
• Make machine adjustments as needed to maintain quality and accuracy
• Use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to inspect finished parts
• Monitor machines throughout the production process
• Perform routine quality checks and identify machining or tooling issues
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Work closely with other machinists and team members to meet production goals

• Previous CNC machining experience is required
• Experience working with metal is required
• Hands-on experience with both CNC lathes and mills is required
• Ability to read blueprints and understand machining specifications
• Experience using precision measuring instruments
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Dependable with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment
