Overview
Luma Financial Services is hiring 3–4 experienced MCA closers to join our remote sales team.
If you’ve closed deals in high-volume environments and want real leads, real funding power, and uncapped earnings , this is built for you.
This is not a churn-and-burn ISO. You’ll be closing deals backed by a legitimate commercial real estate investment firm with direct funder relationships.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Call and close warm + aged MCA leads provided Day 1
- Handle 80–120 outbound calls per day
- Overcome rate objections and move deals to funding
- Work deals through our CRM, SMS, and dialer platform
- Close and renew merchants to build long-term income
What We Offer

Earning Potential
- Average closer: ~7 deals/month = ~$10K+/month
- Top performers: 12–15 deals/month = $18K–$22K/month
- Month 4+: renewal commissions begin compounding
- Top closers gain access to higher-ticket lending opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- Experience closing MCA deals or high-volume phone sales
- Comfortable handling pricing/rate objections daily
- Able to manage a high call volume consistently
- Familiar with CRMs and dialers
- Self-driven and results-focused
