As a key member of the team, you will oversee all aspects of brand development, management, creative direction, production, PR, and education. Your expertise will help deliver compelling and cohesive brand experiences across various channels.Responsibilities:Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies aligned with company objectivesProvide strategic direction and creative vision for all brand initiativesDefine and maintain our brand's visual identityEnsure brand consistency across all touchpoints and channelsStay informed about industry trends and customer insights to continuously evolve and refine our brand positioningLead the production of high-quality video and photography contentOversee the creation of engaging content across various platformsDrive the design process for digital and print materialsManage and mentor a team of creativesCollaborate with marketing, product, client success, and sales teamsDevelop and maintain relationships with external partnersQualifications & Skills:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field (Master's degree preferred)8+ years of experience in strategic brand management, creative direction, and/or marketing roles5+ years of experience in graphic design production and copywritingProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design and editing softwareStrong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, graphic design, videography, photography, and copywritingExceptional leadership and team management skillsStrategic thinker with a keen understanding of market dynamics and consumer behaviorExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsIf you are a highly experienced and innovative creative professional looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply!Due to the volume of applications, we are unable to respond to each application personally.
