Clinical Quality and Performance Improvement Specialist: RN/LCSW

Four Winds Hospital, a leading provider of psychiatric inpatient services that treats children adolescents and adults, seeks a part-time Quality and Performance Improvement Specialist to work 3 days/week 8:00am-4:00pm in our hospital located in Westchester to help the hospital achieve clinical excellence through performance improvement.

Job highlights

• 3 days/week 8:00am-4:00pm
• Work under the Director of Quality Management and Performance Improvement
• Investigate and report incidents to external agencies
• Promote clinical care, quality, patient safety, and customer service
• Familiarity with regulatory and accreditation guidelines
• Manage areas of performance improvement and risk management
• Strong communication skills with hospital leadership, staff, patients and their families

Qualifications

• Requires a licensed professional (RN, LMSW, LCSW)
• Background in quality improvement/assurance is preferred

Salary

• Starting rate from $42.00 - $47.00 per hour based on experience
• Opportunities for higher pay with certification in bi-lingual language proficiency
