divh2Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) Skilled Nursing Facility Cortlandt Healthcare/h2pCortlandt Healthcare is seeking a knowledgeable and motivated nursing leader to join our team as an Assistant Director of Nursing. This position plays an important role in supporting the Director of Nursing with daily clinical oversight, staff development, and maintaining regulatory compliance within our skilled nursing facility. The ideal candidate is someone who is hands-on, solution-oriented, and passionate about delivering high-quality resident care./ppIn this leadership role, the ADON will assist in guiding nursing operations, strengthening clinical processes, and ensuring that care delivery meets all applicable regulatory and quality standards.
