Assistant Manager

Job Title

We seek a dedicated individual that is looking to advance their leadership opportunity.

This individual must possess a high drive to win while maintaining the integrity to do the right thing. A successful candidate would love working outdoors in all conditions and will be excited to roll up their sleeves to get the job done! You will manage a team of highly trained, optimistic Advisors, Operators, and Attendants to provide exceptional guest service in a fun, interactive atmosphere. We need an enthusiastic leader that has experience in management, and a willingness to learn the car wash industry.

Location: Russell Speeders Car Wash 527 N Bedford Rd, Bedford Hills, NY 10507 (Westchester County)

General Requirements

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• 18 years of age or older
• 50 Hour Work Week (Including Evenings and Weekends)
• Basic Computer Skills
• 1+ years of successful supervisory experience
• Highly developed communication skills – bilingual a plus!
• Carwash experience to understand industry-specific challenges and opportunities preferred

Physical Requirements

• Able to lift at least 50lbs.
• Ability to be on your feet for at least 8 hours at a time.
• Mobility to work in areas that require kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
• Capable of working in both extreme weather elements – hot and cold

Responsibilities

• Participate in nationwide and regional sales initiatives
• Be the face of the organization and provide an exceptional customer service experience
• Maintain a safe and clean work area; keep alert for potential hazards
• Conduct sales to drive revenue and increase profitability
• Resolve all customer and membership issues in a timely manner
• Offer training to employees that are not meeting our standard
• Provide all the tools needed for new employees to be effective.
• Recruit and coach team members to ensure company values and customer service expectations are met
• Other duties as assigned

$55,000 - $65,000 a year Salary Rate
