Certified CVOR Surgical Technologist – Jackson HealthPros Join our team as a Certified CVOR Surgical Technologist where you will be a critical member of the cardiac surgical team, ensuring patient safety and supporting surgical procedures. Responsibilities Prepare and sterilize operating room equipment and instruments. Assist physicians and nurses during cardiac surgical procedures. Maintain a clean and organized OR environment throughout surgeries. Respond to call duties as scheduled, including overnight calls with a 30‑minute response time. Provide support during any equipment or procedural emergencies. Minimum Requirements Current certification from a program accredited by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA). Verified BLS certification. Minimum of two years’ experience as a certified CVOR technologist in a cardiac surgical environment. Washington state license for CVOR Tech. COVID‑19 vaccine required. Assignment Details Shift hours: 7:15 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday‑Friday. Weekend coverage provided via call time. Holiday call may be required. Call requirements: approximately 8–9 call days per month, with call hours from 9:00 PM to 6:30 AM. Call response time: 30 minutes. Floating to Main OR may be required. Block scheduling available.
