Role Description The Clinical Research Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Plano, TX, responsible for coordinating all aspects of assigned clinical trials. This position oversees participant recruitment, screening, and enrollment, including conducting initial assessments and ensuring proper documentation is collected and maintained. The coordinator manages study visits, performs protocol-required procedures, and ensures that informed consent is obtained and documented in accordance with regulatory and institutional requirements. Daily tasks include maintaining accurate source documents, updating case report forms, tracking study timelines, and communicating with investigators, sponsors, and monitors to support compliance and data integrity. The role also involves supporting participant safety, reporting adverse events, organizing regulatory files, and contributing to continuous improvement of clinic operations and patient experience. Qualifications Demonstrated clinical research experience, ideally in clinical trials involving human participants. Strong understanding of research methodologies and study Protocol management. Experience obtaining and documenting Informed Consent in accordance with ethical and regulatory guidelines. Knowledge of Clinical Trials operations, including scheduling visits, collecting data, and maintaining study documentation. Relevant healthcare or life sciences background (e.g., nursing, biology, public health) and/or certification as a Clinical Research Coordinator is beneficial. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple studies or tasks simultaneously. Effective written and verbal communication skills for interacting with participants, investigators, and sponsors. Familiarity with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), FDA regulations, and IRB processes is preferred.
