Quality Specialist
Virtual Vocations Inc
To support patient care initiatives, the full-time Quality Specialist will perform outbound calls regarding clinical programs and medication adherence while collaborating with quality, population health, and pharmacy teams in a remote setting. Key responsibilities: Conduct patient outreach to ensure timely medication refills and adherence to treatment plans Document patient care activities accurately in electronic records and navigate various EMR platforms Coordinate with healthcare teams to facilitate referrals and improve overall quality ratings for the clinic Required qualifications: High school diploma or GED equivalent required Certified Medical Assistant, Certified Pharmacy Technician, or equivalent healthcare experience required Intermediate to advanced keyboarding skills (minimum 35 WPM) required 1+ years of experience in a healthcare setting preferred Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
