About the Role:

Join CRC TRANSPORT LLC as a Diesel Mechanic (Truck & Trailer) and be a vital part of our dedicated team in Bear, DE! We are looking for skilled mechanics who are passionate about keeping our fleet running smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on diesel trucks and trailers.

Diagnose mechanical issues using diagnostic tools and equipment.

Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Replace or repair defective parts, such as brakes, engines, and transmissions.

Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed.

Collaborate with team members to enhance service efficiency.

Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in diesel technology.

Ensure a clean and organized work environment at all times.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree in diesel mechanics preferred.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in diesel truck and trailer repair.

Valid CDL license is a plus, but not required.

Strong knowledge of diesel engines, electrical systems, and hydraulics.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.

Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
