Now, Flowerbuyer has several thousand customers, an impeccable reputation and over 400 flower growers to choose from in over 5 countries.As a Customer Service Representative, Flowerbuyer, you will play an essential role in customer satisfaction and growth by providing exceptional solution-based customer service to our member florists. The candidate will become an expert in the navigation of the Flowerbuyer website, the product line that FlowerBuyer offers, and the shipping methods we use to send florists their floral stock orders.You'll be working a hybrid schedule of Monday-Wednesday in the Oklahoma City office, with the option to work from home on Thursday and Friday. Working from home is voluntary and the ability to work in the office is available.
