Location: Brookfield, OH Department: Maintenance Up to 30% Monthly plant performance bonus! Schedule: 2nd Shift Purpose: Performs mechanic and electric inspections, diagnosis and corrective actions autonomously, in a safe and efficient manner according to applicable procedures and best practices, complying with defined quality standards. Main Activities: Performs general mechanic or electric inspections, diagnosis, repairs and replacements autonomously. Follows up repairs ensuring the performed work effectiveness. Makes failure analysis, establishing the problems' root cause and taking actions to avoid repetitions. Performs mechanic and electric activities such as electrical engines repairs and circuit analysis, PLC programs loading, equipment alignments or low voltage panel replacements. Monitors alarms in PLC cycle. Interprets electrical and mechanical drawings. Carries out crane inspection, diagnosis and repair. Disassembles and assembles mechanical components. Executes maintenance plans. Carries out equipment oiling and centralized lubrication control autonomously. Executes machine lock outs and tag outs. Verifies the correct functioning of tools, instruments and accessories checking they fulfill with specifications. Carries out forklift or radio control overhead crane operation when applicable. Updates information in the maintenance systems and performs maintenance reports.
